Tim Carroll
With more than 25 years of experience in the IT industry, Tim brings a proven track record of leadership, sales, business development, and entrepreneurship to Novality as Co-Founder and CEO. His extensive expertise in network hardware and technology solutions has positioned him as a trusted partner to emerging companies and established enterprises alike.

Throughout his career, Tim has worked closely with start-ups and high-growth technology companies, helping them scale their operations, develop strategic partnerships, and build successful businesses. Prior to co-founding Novality, Tim served as Vice President of Hardware Sales at Astreya Partners, a global IT solutions provider, where he led hardware sales initiatives and supported the company's continued growth.
Tim spent an additional 13 years with Astreya Partners in various sales roles, working extensively with pre-IPO technology companies and helping manage complex, hardware-driven engagements. Earlier in his career, he worked with Planetary Networks, a value-added reseller serving major internet service providers and emerging technology companies, where he managed large-scale hardware accounts and developed strategic customer relationships.
Tim’s combination of industry expertise, entrepreneurial experience, and deep relationships across the technology ecosystem continues to drive Novality’s growth and commitment to delivering exceptional solutions for its customers.
Ed Conlan
As Co-Founder and COO of Novality, Ed brings more than 20 years of experience in network hardware, professional services, global supply chain management, and business operations. Throughout his career, he has played a key role in helping technology start-ups scale their operations and evolve into successful global organizations.

Ed’s expertise spans global supply chain strategy, partner management, operational execution, and customer support. His ability to build scalable processes and manage complex international supply chains provides Novality with a strong operational foundation and enables the company to effectively support a diverse and growing customer base.
Prior to co-founding Novality, Ed spent 15 years with Astreya Partners, a global IT solutions provider, where he held leadership roles within Sales Operations. As Head of Network Hardware Operations across the U.S., U.K., and EMEA, he was responsible for managing and expanding global supply-chain operations supporting a broad range of technology clients, including leading semiconductor manufacturers and internet service providers.
Ed’s combination of operational leadership, global supply-chain expertise, and deep industry experience plays a critical role in Novality’s ability to deliver reliable, scalable, and responsive solutions to customers worldwide.
