Novality was founded by two operators who spent their careers building network hardware businesses before starting their own.

Background

Both co-founders came up together at Astreya Partners, a global IT solutions company, before setting out to build Novality.

Tim Carroll

Co-Founder and CEO

With over 20 years of experience in the IT industry, Tim brings his proven leadership, sales and business development entrepreneurial skills to Novality as its co-founder and CEO. With a solid track record in the network hardware business, Tim has worked with a wide range of start-ups and small companies, helping to grow them into successful large-scale enterprises. Prior to co-founding Novality, Tim was the Vice President of Hardware Sales for two years at Astreya Partners, a global IT solutions company.

Tim served an additional 13 years at Astreya Partners in sales, working with many pre-IPO companies. He has also worked with Planetary Networks, a value-added reseller working with large ISPs and pre-IPO technology clients, and managed large hardware-driven accounts.

Ed Conlan

Co-Founder and CEO

As co-founder and COO of Novality, Ed brings over 15 years of networking hardware and professional services experience to the company through his expertise building start-up companies into global corporations. With proven leadership in global supply chain and partner management, Ed brings the perfect balance to Novality's diverse customer base.

Prior to co-founding Novality, Ed served in Sales Operations for Astreya Partners, a global IT solutions company, for 15 years. As the head of Network Hardware Operations spanning the U.S., U.K. and EMEA, Ed was responsible for supply chain growth for clients ranging from chipmakers to ISPs.
